The new, patent-pending jogging system Autojog XT represents a fully-automated preparation of cutting reams which allows a significantly higher efficiency.

Autojog XT can be combined with a Transomat unloading unit to form an off-line jogging station (AJ-T) which prepares cutting material in stacks or it can be employed in-line in a PACE cutting system (as an Autojog XT AJ-R3).

POLAR pile turners provide high performance and short turning time, while requiring little space. There are no long waiting times caused by manual re-stacking, and ergonomic conditions are improved. Gentle handling protects the material and therefore prevents damages.

For simple turning processes POLAR offers the basic model PW-1, as well as the PW-4, which is equipped to deal with 75 × 105 formats. Another version called ABV is also available that allows ventilation and perfect alignment of the material stack by additional vibration. It is offered in sizes PW-4 and PW-6.

P-Net makes it possible to integrate individual POLAR components or POLAR cutting systems into the digital workflow through P-Net Connect. Additional functions can be added using so-called "services". Two examples:

Compucut: with  more than 25 years of experience, we provide a benchmark for reducing makeready times. The cutting program can be easily generated outside the high-speed cutter because the sheet layout (CIP4 / JDF) is either taken over directly from prepress or the sheet is recorded manually. This means that the machine's set-up time is reduced to almost zero. With uniform sheets it is even possible to automate the generation of the cutting program.

Remote Diagnosis: the availability of production resources is becoming an increasingly decisive factor. As a bidirectional Web-Gateway, Remote Diagnosis provides the online connection between the POLAR components and customer service. This means downtime is shortened because service assignments can be planned. The machine data can be regularly checked as a preventive measure against, or to eliminate, unexpected downtime. Furthermore, the operator has access to direct help for any questions regarding handling or programming.
