Heidelberg Nigeria Limited has acquired ISO 9002 certification in order to join Heidelberg’s units worldwide. We’re determined to ensure quality system in all operations – Quality of products, quality in how we handle orders and delivery, quality in installation/training and in service to customers.
Our operations are as follows:

Prepress:

We sell a full range of prepress equipment. These are:
  1. Computer-to-Plate (CtP)
  2. Digital Proofers
  3. Plate Makers

Press/Finishing:

This takes care of all equipment involved in actual printing/publishing and all the postpress operations like cutting, folding, stitching, sewing, binding, trimming, wrapping, etc that are done to get a complete printed job. Our product profiles in the press/finishing are;

  1. Heidelberg Presses:
    • Printmaster: QM 46, GTO 52
    • Speedmaster: SM52, SM74, SM102, XL75, XL105
      • XL145/162 and CD 102
  2. Finishing:
    • Saddle Stitcher, Perfect Binder

Consumables:

We sell a full range of press consumables. These are consumables on

  1. Computer-to-Plates and Chemicals
  2. Various Press Chemistry
    (Wash Up/Fountain Solutions, etc.)
  3. Powder Spray
  4. Sheetfed Inks
  5. Blanket, Blanket cleaners, repairs etc.

Customer Support

This is made up of the spare parts and services. We stock a wide range of genuine spare parts in our massive warehouse. This section renders back up services, installations and field service for equipment installed everywhere in Nigeria. This unit is also responsible for the training of clients’ machine operators.

In addition, we frequently conduct seminars on proper maintenance and safety checks for all players in the industry, thus raising the general awareness and quality level in the industry.
